No real customer service, only automated
Purchased a swing stand. Came as promised.
Put it together. No handing hooks as the website said would be in the box. Ordered and paid for them from Porch Swing anyway. Tried to install.
Don't fit in the holes!! Holes are way too small. I tried and tried to get the screw to connect with the hold but the threads won't go in enough. Sent request for customer service online on May 4th.
Immediate response but we stock answer and video. CLEARLY not related to my question. Responded to email on May 4th, then again on May 9th. Today is May 16th.
NO RESPONSE AT ALL.
I am going to need to make the holes bigger myself but don't want to cause the integrity of the cross beam to be changed in any way. Customer service is really bad with this company.
